Seed & nut butters · Toll processing & manufacturing

You have done a lot to get this far. And after we get to know your product and what makes it yours, we’ll work together on the details of getting it made.

You don’t need to have every detail settled before we talk.

Where are you starting?

01 / YOUR INGREDIENTS

Do you have the ingredients?

Need them processed into butter or packed for your customers? Share the raw material, specifications, and volume. We’ll review the processing steps, expected yield, and finished pack requirements.

02 / YOUR RECIPE

Do you have a recipe?

Ready to move beyond the test kitchen? We’ll work through the recipe, texture, and packaging with you, then plan the steps toward a first production run.

03 / YOUR NEXT CHAPTER

Do you have an existing product?

Moving production or looking for more capacity? Bring your current specifications, samples, and requirements. We’ll explore how to preserve the product your customers know as you grow.

A production plan built around your product

The details make
the difference.

Rob Newton leads manufacturing, bringing hands-on experience developing seed butter processes, production standards, and specifications for commercial food brands.

Processing

Tell us what needs to happen: roasting, grinding, blending, or a finishing step. We’ll review the material, target texture, and equipment fit.

Samples & packaging

From texture to how it fills, the details matter. We’ll agree on the samples and packaging checks needed for your approval before production.

Quality requirements

Allergen controls, testing, traceability, and shelf-life targets belong in the conversation from the start.

Volume & timing

First-run quantities, ongoing demand, material availability, and delivery destination help us work out a practical schedule and cost.

Before your first run.

Clear expectations make for a better manufacturing relationship.

Can we supply our own ingredients, or can you source them?

We can work with customer-supplied ingredients or help source what your product needs. We’ll review specifications and availability, then agree on who supplies what.

What is the minimum order?

It depends on the product, process, packaging, and setup involved. Tell us your target first run and expected ongoing demand. We’ll explain what is practical and whether a pilot or a different pack format could make sense.

What goes into the quote?

We’ll define the processing and packing scope, who supplies the ingredients and packaging, and the assumptions for yield and freight. Any development, testing, trials, or equipment setup will be identified separately where required.

Can you help with a formula or unusual packaging?

Bring us the idea, sample, or specification. We’ll assess what needs development and confirm packaging compatibility before committing to production. A requested format may require trials or additional equipment.

Do we need to share our formula before speaking?

No. We can start with a general discussion of the product and process. If we need proprietary details to evaluate the project, we can arrange an NDA before you share them.
